Send a photo from the roll-up door and tell us the unit size and facility. We meet you at the gate — or work from access codes you provide — load everything out, and sweep the unit so it passes the facility's move-out inspection the same day.
What a Storage Cleanout Costs
Price is based on unit size and how tightly it's packed. A 5x10 that's half full is a quick, inexpensive job; a floor-to-ceiling 10x20 takes more truck space. One month of storage rent is usually close to what a cleanout costs, so most customers break even quickly.

Do I need to be there?
Not necessarily. If the facility allows it and you give us access, we can clear the unit and send photos when it's empty.
Can you clear a unit the same week my lease ends?
Usually yes. Text us as soon as you know your date and we'll get you on the schedule before the next bill posts.
What if there are items I want to keep?
Point them out or set them aside and we'll load them into your vehicle instead of the truck.
